1st violation - warning 30 days to correct violation(s) from date of notice

2nd notice from 1st violation - $250 assessment fee have 30 days from date of  2nd notice to resolve violation(s)

3rd notice - if violation(s) has not been resolved $500 a month assessment fee until resolve

Assessment fees are collected the same way past due annual HOA dues
