Current Board of Directors

Steve Norman resigned from the Board of Directors on October 26, 2023. The Villages at Huntleigh Ridge DCCRs state in ARTICLE IV, SECTION 3. "......If any vacancy in elective Director Position occurs, the Owners of the Lots shall elect a successor to fill the unexpired term by special election."

ARTICLE IV, SECTION 4. "Any director elected under the provisions of this Declaration shall be a Lot Owner of the Property, and if such Owner sells his or her lot or resigns, refuses to act, becomes disabled, or dies, the remaining directors shall appoint another Owner to act as director for the unexpired portion of the term of the director no longer acting."

The First All Homeowner Board of Directors was elected on October 3, 2022 with terms of 3 years, 2 years and 1 year.

Dan Vehlewald was elected to serve 3 years, Steve Norman was elected to serve 2 years and Kayla Hatcher was elected to serve 1 year.

Sybil Parks was elected on October 2, 2023 to serve a term of 3 years.

Each of the Directors are volunteers who give their time, energy and expertise to maintain HOA common grounds and ensure that the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (DCCRs) are enforced to maintain property values.
